Booking terms for Ilulissat Tours ApS. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made through our online booking system or directly with our office. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Less than 3 hours before departure: 100% charged.
3–24 hours before departure: 80% charged.
1–7 days before departure: 50% charged.
More than 7 days before departure: Free cancellation.

3. Weather Cancellations

If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or be offered rebooking to the next available departure. Please see our Weather Policy for details.
